THE BAR

The Bar is large and comfortable with a bright and warm atmosphere, overlooking a busy working harbour which is both a fishing port and a landing point for ferries serving the islands of Inishbofin and Inishturk.
One area has a large open fire and comfortable seating,while the other has a pool table and dart board.
During the winter there is a fiercely contested local darts league, and occasional pool competitions, while in the summer there are regular meetings of the Omey Golf Society.

Food is served at the bar, soup, sandwiches, coffee and tea are always available, and a full menu is available during the summer months from all day breakfasts to lunch until 3pm. The bar is available for functions big and small, just contact us by phone or drop in for a chat.
Children are welcome in the bar, but often prefer to play outside on fine days, where they can easily be supervised from the large verandah at the back of the pub. A lovely spot to relax on a warm day with a seafood lunch or a cup of coffee.
